I love cooking fine food with classic European, other ethnic and local fusions. I strive for food that is delicious, healthy and has a beautiful presentation to the eye as well as the palette. I have been lucky to have traveled all over the world, sampling exciting, authentic cultural cuisines, and bring many of those influences to my cooking creations, along with my varied professional experience.
My wife Sheryl, is a great cook, master baker, and specialty cake artist, is enrolling in July at Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Culinary Institute Patisserie and Baking certification program, to further her arts and expertise.
Together, we can provide complete services for any event. We work with fine local party rental companies to arrange any and all rental needs for you.
