Rio Verde is located north of the city of Fountain Hills, Arizona, a planned and private community located very near Scottsdale. Rio Verde benefits from all of Fountain Hill's advantages: incredible views of the natural landscape; close proximity to golf courses with excellent greens; a community that feels more like a hometown than a subdivision near a major city and a calm and safe environment.
